ElevenLabs Usage Overview
What your employees' ElevenLabs voices cost, from ElevenLabs' own figures.
Where
Dashboard sidebar → Settings → Admin → ElevenLabs usage. It shows once an ElevenLabs API key is saved in Settings → API keys.
What it does
Calls that speak with an ElevenLabs voice are billed by ElevenLabs to your own account, outside the platform's credits. This screen shows that spending, with ElevenLabs' own usage figures:
- Your plan: the credits used this billing cycle against the limit, the reset date, the voice slots and the next invoice.
- A period: Today, 7 days, 30 days or a custom range, with the credits spent per day, per engine (ElevenLabs voice, Eleven Realtime voice and thinking) and per voice, with the employees using each voice.
Voices and engines are chosen per employee in Calls & voice.
