Desktop App
Pair an employee with your own computer — and the kill switch that comes with it.
Where
Dashboard sidebar → Apps → Desktop App. Two downloads: Windows and macOS.
What it does
The screen states it plainly:
Install the desktop app to let a paired AI employee work directly on your computer: it can move the mouse and type, read what is on screen, open apps, and manage files — always under your control, with a panic kill switch available at any time.
This is the widest access an employee can get. It is not a browser tab: the employee acts on your machine, in the applications you already have open.
What it is for
The work that has no API — an internal tool with no integration, a desktop application, a legacy client. Anything a person would do with a mouse and a keyboard.
Two things to have straight before installing. The employee sees what is on your screen, including whatever else is open. And the panic kill switch is there because you will want it one day — find it before you need it, not during.
The default
Not installed, no employee paired.
