Team Workspace
The shared folder every employee can read and write.

What it does
A shared folder between all your employees. It opens on /root with a
file browser, New Folder and New File.
Use it for what several employees need: brand guidelines, templates, a glossary, reference data.
The default
It starts empty, and more importantly: employees do not see it by default. Each employee ships with Team Isolated switched on, which keeps it in its own space. As long as that switch is on, the employee has no Team Shared entry in its sidebar and cannot read this folder.
What breaks
Dropping a file here and expecting every employee to use it will silently do nothing until you turn Team Isolated off on each employee that needs it. That is the single most common surprise with this screen.
