What it does
The log of prompts your Guardrails stopped. Guardrails is where you write the rules; this is where you see them fire.
Read it before tightening anything. An empty list after a week of real use means the rules are not catching anything — either nothing is being attempted, or the rules are too narrow. A list full of ordinary work means they are too wide, and employees are being blocked from their job.
