Memory

What the employee remembers, and the reminder that makes it save.

Where

Configure ‹employee› → Advanced → Memory. The panel is titled Memory Reminder.

The memory reminder

What it does

An employee remembers across conversations: who your clients are, what was decided, what it learned last month. Call transcripts land there too.

This screen controls one thing: how often the employee is reminded to write something down. It sets a Reminder Interval in number of prompts, plus an optional Custom Message to steer what is worth saving.

The default

0, which means disabled. No reminder is sent. The employee still saves what it judges important, but nothing nudges it.

That default is worth knowing before concluding an employee "forgets things". On a busy employee, a reminder every twenty or thirty prompts changes what survives the week.

What breaks

The reminder is a nudge, not a rule. Setting a very short interval does not make memory better, it makes the employee interrupt its own work to file notes. Start wide.
