Tags
Free labels on an employee, and the dashboard filter that depends on them.

What it does
Free labels you put on an employee. The screen shows Current Tags — no tags yet on a fresh employee — an Add Tag field, and Available Tags, the ones already used elsewhere in the workspace, so the same label is reused rather than retyped in three spellings.
Why it matters
Tags are what the All Tags filter on the dashboard uses.
That filter does not appear at all until at least one employee is tagged, which is why a fresh workspace looks like it does not have it. On a team of five, tags are decoration; past twenty employees, they are how you find anyone.
