Configure ‹employee› → Advanced → Secrets. Titled environment variables for this employee.
A Key / Value table where the employee's own credentials live: an API key
for a service it uses, a token for your internal system.
One entry is already there: EMPLOYEE_TOKEN, marked System, value
hidden. That one is the platform's, leave it alone.
Each employee has its own set. A key given to one is not shared with the others.

What breaks
A skill that needs a key will not work until the key exists here. The error usually surfaces as the skill "not working", not as a missing secret.
