What it does
Every past conversation, searchable. Useful for finding what was decided weeks ago without asking the employee to recall it — which matters, because a cleared session or a compacted thread no longer holds the detail, while History still does.
Good to know
History is the record of conversations. It is not the employee's memory: memory is what the employee carries into its next answer, history is what you can go back and read.
The default
Everything is kept. Clearing a session does not erase history.
