The folder an employee shares with the rest of the team — and the switch that hides it.

What it does
The folder shared by the whole workspace, seen from this employee: the place where brand guidelines, templates and reference documents live so that every employee works from the same material.
The workspace-level view of the same folder is Team Workspace.
Why it is sometimes missing
The entry only exists when Team Isolated is off. That switch is on by default, so a new employee has no Team Shared at all in its sidebar.
This is the single most common surprise on the platform: dropping a file in the shared folder does nothing for an employee still isolated. Nothing warns you — the entry is simply absent.
