Team Shared
The folder an employee shares with the rest of the team, and the switch that hides it.

What it does
The folder shared by the whole workspace, seen from this employee: the place where brand guidelines, templates and reference documents live so that every employee works from the same material.
The workspace-level view of the same folder is Team Workspace.
Why it is sometimes missing
The entry only exists when Team Isolated is off. Since v3.1.5 that switch is off by default, so a new employee has Team Shared in its sidebar from its first minute.
It disappears when you switch Team Isolated on, and it may be missing on employees created before v3.1.5, which started isolated and kept that setting. Nothing warns you: dropping a file in the shared folder simply does nothing for an isolated employee.
The default
Available: since v3.1.5, a new employee joins the team, so Team Shared is in its sidebar. Employees created earlier keep their own setting.
