Team Isolated
One switch that keeps an employee apart from the team. Off by default since v3.1.5.

Employee sidebar → Settings → Team Isolated. A switch, off by default for every employee created since v3.1.5.
What it does

Why it matters
Turn it on when an employee must work on its own: a confidential client, an experiment you want kept separate. An isolated employee does not see the shared folder at all, and nothing warns you: it simply works without the files you dropped there.
Employees created before v3.1.5 started isolated and kept that setting. If one of them ignores material you know is in the shared folder, check this switch before anything else. A cloned or transferred employee keeps the setting of the original.
The default
Off: since v3.1.5, every new employee joins the team from its first minute. Existing employees keep their current setting.
