Common issues, status, and how to reach the team.

Common issues

  • Check your spam folder
  • Make sure your email provider isn't quarantining [email protected]
  • Try the 6-digit code from the same email, paste it on the Check email page

My workspace is stuck in provisioning

Typical provisioning takes 5 to 10 minutes. If it's been over 30 minutes:

  • Refresh the dashboard
  • Check the status badge on the workspace card
  • If still stuck, contact support

My payment failed

Stripe retries automatically up to 3 times over ~2 weeks. While retries are in flight, your workspace is suspended, server stays alive, employees paused. Once payment succeeds, everything resumes.

I exceeded my credits

Employees pause until your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade the plan to unlock more credits immediately. See Plans & billing.

My workspace says deletion_failed

Infrastructure cleanup failed somewhere. The workspace stays visible with that status. Don't retry blindly, contact support and we'll resolve it.
