Memory & instructions
Long-form instructions in CLAUDE.md, recurring tasks, automatic memory reminders, and conversation history.
Geta.Team employees remember everything. You shape that memory three ways: long-form instructions, recurring tasks, and an automatic reminder cadence.
CLAUDE.md, long-form instructions
Edit Employee → CLAUDE.md is the system instructions file the employee reads at every session. Use it for the "house rules" of the role, what to do, what to avoid, tone of voice, escalation policy.

The format is the CLAUDE.md convention familiar to Claude users.
Tasks, recurring schedules
Edit Employee → Tasks sets up cron-style routines. The employee fires the task on schedule, just like a co-worker who shows up on time for their standing meetings.

Each task has a cron expression (Every Friday at 10:00,
Every Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat at 10:00…) and a brief that
describes what to do when it fires.
Memory Reminder, automatic capture
Settings → Memory Reminder prompts the employee to save key context every N messages. The default reminder asks them to record facts, preferences, and decisions worth keeping.

Set the interval to 0 to disable, or write a custom reminder message that fits your team's vocabulary.
Conversation history
The right panel on the employee page keeps the full session history. Reopen any past conversation, context is preserved, not summarised.
Click Clear Session in the sidebar to wipe the current chat view while keeping the underlying memory intact.
