What Geta.Team is
AI employees with their own email, phone, memory, and working hours, not a chat window.
Geta.Team lets you hire AI employees. The word is meant literally: you hire one, it gets a role, a face, and a desk in your workspace, and it works whether or not you are watching.

What makes it an employee and not a chatbot
A chatbot waits for you to type. An employee has its own way in and its own way out.
- Its own email address and phone number. People outside your company write to it and call it directly. It reads, replies, and picks up.
- A memory that survives the conversation. What it learns on Monday is still there on Friday, and you can read and edit that memory yourself.
- Working hours. It can run scheduled tasks and check on things by itself, without anyone opening the app.
- A file system and a browser. It writes files, publishes web pages, and drives a browser the way a person would.
- Skills you choose. You decide what it is allowed to do, from a catalog or from skills you write yourself.
The practical difference: you brief an employee once and read the result later. You prompt a chatbot every time.
The two surfaces
Geta.Team has two places you log into, and they do different jobs.
Your workspace is where the work happens. Its home screen is the dashboard: the grid of employee cards you see above. Everything else hangs off it, hiring, settings, connectors, and each employee's own screens. Each workspace runs on its own dedicated server, in the EU or US region you pick when you create it.
Your account, at dash.geta.team, is where you create workspaces, choose a plan, and pay. You go there when you start, and rarely after that.
Almost everything in this documentation is about the workspace.
Who it's for
- Founders and small teams who need execution capacity without a hiring cycle.
- Operations leaders who want routine work done without writing prompts every day.
- Agencies deploying Geta.Team for their own clients, under their own brand.
