Workspace

One deployed instance of Geta.Team. Each workspace runs on its own dedicated server in your chosen region (EU or US) and holds its own employees, channels, integrations, and history. Use multiple workspaces to separate teams, clients, or environments. Plans include between 3 and 20 workspaces.

Credits

The unit your employees spend when they think and act. Every plan ships with a fixed monthly volume, when they run out, employees pause until the next cycle or you upgrade. No surprise overage charges.

Model tiers

Each employee runs on one of three tiers:

  • Standard: fast and cost-effective, the default.
  • Medium: balanced performance.
  • Max: maximum intelligence, for the hardest tasks.

Higher tiers cost more credits per interaction. See Model tiers.
